Can we show the points of a specific course/lesson/topic/quiz?

Yes, we can show the points of any specific course/lesson/topic/quiz. From the Based On option we have to select the course/lesson/topic/quiz then Single Course/Single Lesson/Single Topic/Single Quiz and select the single specific course/lesson/topic/quiz.

How can I show LearnDash Leaderboards sub-menu on the menu?

Make sure that Allow admin to create LD myCred Leaderboard is checked from LearnDash Leaderboard Options > General options. After refreshing the page, it will show in the menu.
